Now there is 6am in Moscow. All these days i observed HOW Cyber X Games is going. My impressions are extremely sad. First time we saw so awful organization of international tournament.

Cyber X Games is international tournament with 600000 $ in prizes. We thought, that it would be next big step in e-sport. I know that budget of this event has to be 1-2 millions of dollars. Some guys found this money and also they wanted to create big e-sport event. Now we do not know exactly where are money from sponsoring companies.

CxG had to be main competitor of CPL. CPL had a monopoly in USA, and we know perfectly well that it was never disaster like this happened in CPL.

Everything was cool, we could saw different advertising performances, some little shows and etc. But from the begining of this event we knew, that quantity of participants was not high as it must be. For example we had to see 128 teams in CS tournament,  but at all only 37 squads came to Las Vegas.

On the next day 0 matches were played. We saw the same problems in different CPL's, but THIS disaster we saw at first time.

After it next news were announced. We know that all players has to play at LCD-monitors. Of course somebody likes high tech, but it is better to use default monitors playing in 3D-shooters. Searching the monitors spend a lot of time.

Next problems began with bad version of steam and CS 1.6. But it is not a secret, that 3 weeks ago CPL Winter event had not  any problems with steam.

And now organizers say, that CS tournament at Cyber X Games is cancelled. To save this awful situation, damned matches with 10000 $ prize for a map were organized. But really opponents are very strange: Scandinavian teams played against each other, teams from North America did the same...

Next events could not surprise us. RtCW: Enemy Territory tournament was cancelled also. WC3 and UT2003 was played and players in these nominations, i think, have to be very happy for it.

We don't know everything exactly, but we know a lot from the IRC and different sites.

It is not good that this kind of things are happening. Companies, which are a potential sponsors will invest money wihtout enthusiasm. Tournaments like CxG, Clikarena and PGC do not make our life better. Fans, which were ready to support their favourite teams are also dissapointed.
