ASUS together with CyberFight.Org is proud to announce the tournament that will be a memorial for Quake-universe games, During 29-30 of May we will hold a great Quake tournament named ASUS Spring Cup 2004 for those who had dedicated Quake all these years, and much more than just time.
The basic nominations of ASUS Spring Cup 2004 are – Quake 3 and QuakeWorld. The professional players of these two nominations are representing elite of gaming community. The games are amazingly spectacular for viewers and are trully popular among the world.
At the moment situation with Counter-Strike and Warcraft III in Moscow is as follows, there will be a big tournament every week – 5th NPCL Open (7-8 of May), Russian Cup (11-15 of May), ESWC Russia (22-23 of May), Moscow qualifiers for WCG Russia (29-30 of May). Series ASUS Open had always had its "peculiarity", feature, that made our tournaments different from others. We will try to make this event memorizable, so you would remember it.
The feature itself:
We are planning to invite World Quake 3 TDM Champions - Swedish team iCE cLIMBERS. The negotiations are already under way, the goal is to get the team to Moscow in order to participate in our tournament.

Special nominations: Quake 3 4v4 TDM - up to 32 teams (SE, best of three) - prize fund 1500$* Quake 3 2v2 TDM - up to 64 teams (SE, best of three) - prize fund 1000$*
Show-nominations: Quake 3 2v2 - up to 16 mix-teams (male+female - SE, best of three) - prize fund 400$* QuakeWorld 2v2 - (up to 32 teams) (SE, best of three) - prize fund 600$*
Overall prize fund: 6000$* (cash and video cards ASUS)

- Quake 3 1v1 duel: 250 rubles (~ 9 dollars)
- QuakeWorld 1v1 duel: 250 rubles (~ 9 dollars)
- Quake 3 4v4 TDM: 1250 rubles (~ 35 dollars, coordinator included)
- Quake 3 2v2 TDM: 500 rubles (about 18 dollars)
- Quake 3 2v2 (male+female): 500 rubles (about 18 dollars)
- QuakeWorld 2v2: 500 rubles (about 18 dollars)

- Roman Tarasenko (CyberFight.RU) - head judge. Development of regulations and judgement system for Quake 3 Tournament.
- Andrew Yurchenko (CyberFight.RU) - judge of Quake 3 tournament. Coordination of judges, participant drawing, setup of PCs and servers.
- Alexander Zavoloka (CyberFight.RU) - translator, newsmaker (news, interviews, galleries).
- Egor Gavrilov (CyberFight.RU) - development of tournament's unique style (badges, banners, t-shirts, cups).
- Victor Stoumov (CyberFight.RU) - QW tournament's judge.
- Euguene Buyak(Cyberight.RU) – organization of online-coverage (GTV, scorebots).
