Registration - 50 $ (10 $ from each member of your team).
How to register? You must send mail to cup@nomail.ru from 20 of october till 16 of november 2003 with a name of your team, city, full name of all of members of your team and contacts. Organizer will send a confirmation of registration complete during a week. If your team don't recieve it you weren't registred. Non Moscow teams should confirm their compete 19-20 of november by call this number 775-9123 (Kirril "rudie" Rudik).
It will be single elimination tournament untill 32 teams left. After it will be Double elimination.
